CranioSacral Therapy cost: $65/$85 duration: 60/90 minutes CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on treatment that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. During a CranioSacral Therapy session, you are completely dressed and ideally, wearing loose, comfortable clothing. The practitioner will be monitoring and adjusting the CranioSacral Rhythm from your head to your tailbone to facilitate a smoother, less impeded flow of Cerebral Spinal Fluid through the system. The treatment is not like massage, there is no rubbing or bodywork, there is just a gentle cradling of the head and neck, as well as a gentle pressure to the limbs and around the spine. The massage consists of soft, rhythmic motion with movement towards the direction of the lymph nodes throughout the body. Prenatal Massage cost: $65/$85 duration: 60/90 minutes A specialized service for our pregnant goddesses, pre-natal massage has been known to calm many of the aches and pains associated with pregnancy such as sciatica, swelling, back and neck pain, and upset stomach. Prenatal massage has also been shown to improve physical discomforts by encouraging circulation, draining excess fluids and strengthening immunity as well as relaxing achy muscles. Thai Yoga Massage cost: $80/$95 duration: 70/90 minutes The ancient practice of thai yoga massage is performed on a mat in comfortable clothing. Based on your skins' specific needs, our aesthetician utilizes fruit acids or enzymes to gently and effectively remove rough, dry, dead skin cells. You’ll leave with a softer, smoother, fresh, healthy complexion. (Note: these peels can be done weekly for 4-6 weeks for total skin radiance and rejuvenation) Pada Pedicure cost: $30/$45 duration: 40/60 minutes Begin with a foot bath, cuticle attention and nail shaping. This allows you ample time to fill out a client profile to prepare for your treatment and to relax in our eucalyptus steam shower before beginning services. CANCELLATION POLICY  A credit card account number is required at the time of booking. All re-scheduling or cancellations must be received no later than the day before your appointment. With this adequate notice, no charges apply. Appointments cancelled or re-scheduled less than 24 hrs notice will be responsible for 50% charge of total services reserved. All no-show or missed appointments will be responsible for 100% charge of total services reserved.
